Sales and shipping are made while stocks last.

For end customers (consumers) it is regulated by law that we are responsible for ensuring that the package reaches you. For business customers we insure each parcel; the costs for this are included in the shipping costs.

How is the shipment carried out?

The products in our range are shipped by Deutsche Post or its subsidiary DHL. We also send parcels abroad via our service provider Spring - Global Delivery Network. Small shipments are delivered as merchandise mail. All shipments - with the exception of books/goods shipments - can be tracked via the Deutsche Post portal or by DHL and Spring.

For larger volumes and quantities, we commission a forwarding agent.

Delivery time

Your order will of course be processed by us immediately after receipt. The expected delivery date is displayed in the shopping cart.

Shipping costs

We calculate shipping costs by weight. You will get the detailed sum in the shopping cart (after putting at least one item into it).


For orders we charge to Germany: 3,99 € shipping costs.
